L'inédite 07 - Prendre l'air (Maxime Mouysset)
Maxime Mouysset
L'Inédite is a poster series inviting different artists to create a personal image in resonance with their current practice, working process, or simply their present concerns.
“Prendre l’air” by Maxime Mouysset : Alongside my editorial illustration work, when time allows, I try to vary my style. These experiments often remain as loose A4 sheets tucked under my desk. L’Inédite was the opportunity to take these experiments a little further. I have long been interested in aerial perspectives. They allow me to play with visual shortcuts. By exaggerating this drawing technique, I explore everyday forms in a new way. Guided by color, I attempt a subtle departure from straightforward figuration.
